The 28th is good too. Though I'm not sure when trick-or-treating will be for the kids this year. I would guess Sat or Sun, so that could work.

The 28th wouldn't be too bad I'll have to look into getting off that evening unfortunately lot's o the young kids that work at the store have asked off for halloween plus you never know when the one of the other managers might try to steal my days again!

While we're trying to decide on a date, let's start working on the other details.
1. Food. Do we want to go out to eat, order in, or just do a pitch-in? Any other suggestions?
2. Costumes. Yes or No? If yes, I might start work on a new one.
3. Directions. 1432 Laib Drive, New Albany, IN 47150.
The simplest way to get to my house is to take I-64 across the Sherman Minton Bridge to I-265 East. Take the Charlestown Road exit (exit 4, I think). Take a right onto Charlestown Road and go down 5? lights and take a left onto Slate Run Road. There is a mini strip-mall on that corner with a cellular store on the end. Go down Slate Run and watch for Slate Run Elementary. When you see the school, take a right on the road directly across from it, that is Laib Drive. Go all the way down and my house will be the yellow brick ranch two houses from the dead end on the left. **If you miss the turn onto Slate Run, go past one more light and take a left onto Roselawn (Community Bank is on that corner). At the stop sign (Caution - cross traffic does not stop) take a right onto Laib Drive.
If anyone is coming across the Second Street or Kennedy Bridge, let me know and I'll get you directions for that. I think that mapquest gives accurate directions from that area.

Might be a good idea to order in. Pizza is always easy, and we can base our order on how many show up.
Or course, everyone can bring their favorite dessert/treat too!

Pizza sounds good. We've got Papa Johns and Dominos just down the street, so that will be easy. Costumes! Now I just have to decide what to make. I don't know if I want to start another SW themed one (probably Ewok Celebration Leia) or go traditional Halloween with it.
