Movie Mistakes?

We all know of the classic moment when Luke gets out of his X-wing after the Battle of Yavin and yells out Carrie instead of Leia.
Has anyone found any other mistakes? My family and I were watching Episode 1, and I don't know if it was me, but Yoda's mustache seemed to disappear in certain shots. It was so noticeable that the kids were laughing every time it disappeared.
Anyone else know any more?

When the stormtroopers file into the control room during Episode 4. First time I saw this I died laughing, but it was like the 10th time I'd seen the movie.
