That was fun! Thanks Bulbous and 11-11 for leading our squadron North to our target. Thanks 11-11 for navigating us through the museum as well. Good times.

Great pics mika, I pretty much have the same of the starfighter so i won't post those. I do have some others I am going to post, along with the skate trip. I just need to figure out how to pull pics off of the iphone, and then register with photobucket. It was a great time, thanks again to 11-11 & bulbous for leading the way. And for those of you who heard me in the planetarium, sorry about that! Sallah/Gimli's voice put me under. Still had a great time regardless. And thanks to Zannah & Appo for transport to the museum!

Heh, I forgot about that. His voice is very soothing, I almost fell asleep myself. I have to see if John Rhys Davies has narrated any audio books so I can listen to them when I'm having insomnia.

We really had a fantastic time! We had so much fun enjoying the museum with everyone! Awesome roadtrip!
Thanks for the pictures, jedimika!

Did anyone ever find out what those 3 red symbols on Obi-Wan’s starfighter were?

That's funny mika. 3 red symbols? I don't remember that, where were they located?

Jai Rew,

You can barely make it out, but if you see a faint red smundge behind the cockpit near where the puke green stripe is on the Starfighter-- that is what we are talking about.

http://s7.photobucket.com/albums/y262/jedimika/SW%20Indy%20Museum%208-29-09/?action=view&current=023.jpg

If you blow up the picture, it will look like a lipstick mark.

When I first saw the Starfighter, I noticed the 3 red round symbols-- as they are not on my model of the ship. Being a model builder, I allways look for this stuff (the Falcon, has an STP oil bumpersticker. Yup. STP. Good enough for Petty, good enough for Solo).

To me, it looked like this: http://intimidatorjk.home.mchsi.com/a_Jedi_Symbol.gif But Red.
It is not in any of my reference material, nor were the symbols included in my decal sheet for the Jedi Fighter model.

So. I dunno, and it is eating me up.

Jammies

I thought I was a SW fan until I read that and had no idea what it meant.

Bulbous took a picture with sufficient resolution to make them out (from the right side at least...remember we couldn't go to the other side on the balcony because of the million dollar velvet rope Egyptians).

Here is the big version if you want to download and zoom in yourself:

11,

Do you all mind if I share that photo (great jerb by the way!) with a Star Wars modeling site?

I need closure on this. I think we all do. We need to heal.

Wow! GREAT Pics everyone! I'm so glad you guys got some, our camera is in the trash. Its time for a new one. We got to down load a couple, but that's all.

I would have posted a lot sooner, but I haven't felt well the first part of this week. The shepherd we told you about.... yea, it was done on Monday morning.

I know this much, Star Wars and the kind of people who make up its fan base, are a place to go for healing. For me anyway. And at least this bunch of fans. I finally got myself in here this morning and I'm so glad I did.

The day is beautiful right now.

We had a great time with everyone ourselves. We always do. Its so awesome to find people just as crazy about all of this as we are.

Great job 11 on that blow up, and Jammies is right, we need some closure on those symbols.
I'm being ate up. Hmmmm, I think I've been ate up since the 70's. lol!! batting

Please do, we need answers!!! We also need the Obi-Wan cut scene moment from Episode II... I know who can identify this... tongue

DarthZannnah-- I'm so sorry to hear about what happened. From my experience, coping with the loss of a pet is by no means easier than dealing with the loss of a relative or friend. My thoughts are with you. I glad to hear that you're feeling better.
