Exactly, and while I feel a little bit too old to play anymore (such a shame cause I would have had a blast with these in my younger days), display and collecting is still fun, and when Karla and I have kids of our own, I will let them play and I will play with them.

I personally always open and display my toys. I'm not buying them to make money, I'm buying them to annoy people who grew up.

Oh, I hear you. I'm certainly not in it for the money either. I just tend to loose the accessories and I have no real space to display the figures by themselves. It's just so much easier for me to keep them in the packaging and hang them on the wall. Plus, I think they look so much neater in the package. The overall design is very nice.

I finally caved in and got an Irina figure at Target today. Might get other figures later on. I wish they'd done a Marion from KOTCS, but if they never get around to making her, the old Marion will have to do.

I've turned my attention now to the 12-Inch Figures. Saw these photos for the 12-Inch Colonel Dovchenko and thought it was so fantastic that I better get me Indy as well. I picked up Whip Cracking Indy and for 20 bucks it's a goof figure with a pretty good likeness. I plan to go ahead and get four so I can send off for the mail-way Ark of the Covenant.

i have a crystal skeleton redemption form with all 6 stickers if anyone is interested in it. im the play and display type and ive already sent out two redemption forms for myself, so i figure getting rid of the third wont hurt any.
i put it up on ebay bc i know the send-away-belloq from the 80's became a highly sought after collectors item and i know this thing will be worth something. but yeah, full form with all stickers included and still blank for whoever gets it. heres the link:
im not usually the type to try to cash in on this thing, but i dont want to be kicking myself when its all over either!
theres no reserve so check it out!
