Sorry, Fehl. She's clearly looking at me.

You're no fun. It is a very nice icon, though. Mmmm, Natalie Portman.

But Natalie makes me smile...

Call me blasphemous, but for as much as I like Nat, I often wonder how Kiera Knightly would have handled Padme.

*Off to do pennance for my blasphemy...*

Flowerbee, I hope you remember who in this guild is a true gentleman and kept his comments to himself.

That would be me.

I went ahead and finished the Haiku. You can read it here:

Hope you like it, it was a labor of love and utter foolishness.

It's a good poem, though.

Ugh, I had to do haikus as grammer excercises.

Edit- Flowerbee, I hope you remember who in this guild is a true gentleman and kept his comments to himself.

That would be me

Well I tried, but sticking to strict Haiku guidelines is very difficult and quite limiting as to what you can do. I guess I'm just too free form. happy

It's all good. Like I said, It's outstanding. I have always enjoyed writing free verse and this one is one of the best I have read in a long time.

You've inspired me to finish mine! happy

Alright, gentlemen. Later today I'll announce this month's challenge. Get those notes out and start thinking about your hero of the day. The Macho Man Challenge is coming up.

I've got some family and church obligations to attend to. Then I'll be back to make it official. This one should be interesting. wink
