May meeting

Figured I'd get this started.
Meeting in May, First off Iron Man is out May 2nd if anyone wants to see it as a group.
Second I have a Concert May 4th at MATC with the community Show Choir. Paul's fiance is also a member of the Choir. Everyone is welcome to come if you have the day free, it starts at 2pm I think tickets are like 8 dollars.
And Finally I will be out of town Friday the 16th

May 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 30th, and 31st do not work for me for sure. I'm not sure as to any of the other days of May, but May is insane when it comes to my family. I blame my parents getting a little romantic around 9 months beforehand in the years prior.

I'm really busy in may cause I got to get all my costumes done for Acen which is May 14th-18th (we're meeting Lexi and some friends in chicago a few days before the con hence the extended dates). So yeah those ones are out but after that I should be available on Fridays and Saturdays after 7. thats all I know right now though.

Wow! So much for half the month, if not the whole thing.
These are the dates that were not counted as bad:
Sun. 27th
Mon. 12th, 19th, 28th
Tues. 6th, 13th, 20th, 29th
Wed. 7th, 21st
Thurs. 1st, 8th
No Fridays or Saturdays were counted as good days, according to the previous posts.
Since Brent said he would be available on Fridays and Saturdays after the 18th, it looks like if we have a meeting, either Brent or Jon will be missing.
So what do we do? And where?

Rotation wise, it would be at Borders on University Ave.
Not too picky about dates, just the 4th and the 29th through the end of the month are out for us.

Well? Anyone want to decide on when we will be meeting?
No matter what someone is gonna miss it. So I may suggest we have one meeting early in the month and a second later in the month. Just an idea.
I know my place is a bit out of the way for meetings, but one of these months I plan to have another cook-out. Just thinking it could be July or August sometime. But that's for future reference.

I would guess then Wednesday May 7th or Friday May 9th, weekdays aren't that good for me on the west side, unless someone gives me a ride home.

I will recommend Thursday, May 8th fir the first May meeting.
Then Friday, May 23rd for the second May meeting.
What do you say?

May 8th would work for me, The Show Choir has its last practice May 1st and the Concert May 4th so Thursday will be free for me, and I record Smallville and Lost during Choir so whats another week.
Still would need a lift home from that side of town

Alright, since I finally got a job, I'm not sure I'll be able to make the meetings. I'll try. So far, I work from 4:30 to 8:30ish or so.

Down for whatever, only days i dont have open are the 10th, the 11th and the 17th and 18th.
how about that sunday the 27th? during the week is 50/50 for me as sometimes i end up working late, or i get home from work and am crabby and dont want to go anywhere.
or maybe have the meeting early in the month and a BBQ in the park on that sunday or something. i dont know where the best parks are for that though, but just throwin that out there, because i love BBQs.
