I should be able to make it that day now. I cant afford a trip out to MI with gas the way it is  but I cant wait for the cookout!

we could always have a formal meeting the day before at Boarders east and the cook out on Saturday.
that way we could discuss some aspects of the cook out such as getting there and etc.

We'll be at the cookout and probably will bring a tent too. Only thing is that the company has their picnic that same day, so we might be late and/or full. 
Oh and I'm bringing my Wii, of course.

Ben and I will definetly be there for the cook out and the camp out as well. We'll bring our tent and I will still make a cake if you would like.
If any one wants, I may be able to bring the PS2 and a bunch of DDR games.

I'm all for a meeting before that Saturday, but I'll be busy Friday getting things ready for Saturday. If you want to have it before Friday, I'd be able to show up.
I know you guys will show up... those who said so. I'm not sure on the count for the others who were invited though. I'm guessing most will show up. Just not sure when during that day. I'm just thinking out loud, so don't worry about anything.
Cake would be fine, if you like. No one else mentioned anything about bringing dessert. I think a friend of mine might bring some brownies, but not sure.
If no one brings veggies, I'll have to run to the store to get some, along with some dip for them.
Can you tell that I'm excited? LOL

Let me know if you are planning to bring something. Since some of you are camping out, maybe something for breakfast the next morning would be good to bring? Just a thought.

If you wish to drink soda or something other than lemonade or ice tea, be sure to bring it.
For those camping out, you may want something for breakfast. Just a thought.

Bevan and I will be bringing chips and dip with us when we eventually get over that way.
As for breakfast, I'm more than willing to bring some things for a nice hot breakfast (and help cook it in the morning).

OK, Here is what is being offered so far:
brats, burgers and hot dogs
pasta salad
potato salad
watermelon
chips
dips
cake
cinnamon rolls (breakfast)
We'll be getting some veggies to cut up and have for dipping and for on the brats, burgers and hot dogs.
Are we missing anything else?
What about those who need rides? Has anyone addressed that issue?
I'd love to pick people up and take them home, but I might be a bit on the busy side to do that.
How many need rides and when would you be available to accept the ride?
If people are willing to help out, I'd appreciate it.
Also,depending on the answers to the above questions, I might be able to swing some help to those in need.

I just looked at the forecast for Saturday and it looks horrible. I'll still be grilling (even if I have to do it in the garage), but it's up to you guys to decide on the camping out thing.

Man I'm sorry guys, I was planning on coming out but I slept through my alarm clock. I went to the Dark Knight at Midnight last night and then had to work at 5 am that morning so I was up straight through the night until 12 o clock this morning. So yeah needless to say my body decided I needed sleep more then to have fun with you guys maybe next time hope you all had fun! Oh and if you havent seen Batman yet DO IT! Best movie I've seen in A LONG TIME!
