Well, looks like the SW focus of this convention is officially kaput. JediKnight Joe_D posted over on the Boston boards that the 501st has pulled out of the convention be the promoter has decided to center all of the focus for this event on the 1985 Patriots.  He did say he may reschedule the SW guests for a later event, but that remains to be seen.

I forgot that I hadn't posted the information on this board about MF. My friend was in contact with the company that was hosting MF and they strung him along for a couple of weeks, it wasn't until he was preparing his Stormtrooper gear with the 501st did he find out that all the Star Wars guests had been cancelled. So much for my first Star Wars "convention"!
