Time has come again for the annual Cosmic Bowling night on Saturday, February 18th at Billy Hardwick's All-Star Lanes at 1576 S White Station Rd, Memphis.
We'll meet up in the lobby at 8:30 pm. Cosmic Bowling starts at 9 pm and lasts until 3 am. Officially, we'll plan on bowling until midnight, but, if we're having too much fun to quit, we can always roll on through until the wee hours.

Hey, now... Your overhand bowling has become a traditional part of SMT Bowling nights, Dale! I'll have to bring the video camera this year.

well, this weekend is inventory. I didn't think that would be a problem because they normally come in and count on Sunday in the morning. But just to make things fun the powers-that-be thought it would be best to change it to Saturday night. What makes things worse the tell us this week so we lost a day of prep along with the fact that my boss isn't going to be there leaving me to deal with it. So as it looks now I'm not going to be able to make RTOP, not even if it lasts until 3 AM.

I doubt that we will make it either. Gina has had a cold that mutated into a double ear infection over the past three (yes, I said three) weeks. She's just now starting to feel better, but who knows what the weekend will bring.

I hope you feel better Gina. I know this constant weather change is enough to drive anybody immune system nuts. There seems to be more mutant viruses and colds running around than in an X-men comic. I know I have had a sinus headache off and on for over a week now and it is driving me nuts. I hope you feel better Gina and I hope you don't catch it Joe.

well I hope the bug is dead by now anyhow. It's good that Joe hasn't got it but don't count things out yet. I know it seems like every time I think I've dodged a bullet I step on a land mine. Anyhow, I'm glad you are doing better and I'm glad Joe isn't sick.

Mid-South Con March 24-26 is just over a month away.
Before that is a Bushi Tales signing at Comics & Collectibles, March 4th, I believe.
