DRIVE-IN NIGHTS 2006 Spring Movie Series
Hosted by Tim and Traci- PM me for information and directions
Admission: Free
Join us for another year of movie fun as we show the entire Star Wars Saga on the 26' wide x 13' high TIMAX screen, with digital projection and digital surround sound.
This year we're skipping the hot summer months and doing Drive-In Nights only in the spring and fall. The spring movie series will be as follows:
Saturday, May 20th
Double Feature
Episode I: The Phantom Menace
Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Friday, May 26th
Double Feature
Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
Episode IV: A New Hope
SPECIAL EVENT FOR SMT MEMBERS, NEIGHBORING FANFORCE MEMBERS, AND INVITED GUESTS: VADERPALOOZA- THE mini SAGA CAMPOUT Friday, May 26th. See below for more information.

Episode VI: Return of the Jedi
All movies will start at dusk. Please bring your lawn chairs, coolers, snacks, and bug repellant. (No seating or food or beverage service will be provided at these events.)

VADERPALOOZA: THE mini SAGA CAMPOUT: Friday night, May 26th- Saturday May 27th. Open to SMT Members, Neighboring FanForce Members, and Invited Guests. Space is limited. RSVP REQUIRED Admission is free. $10 per person fee for breakfast and lunch service. Camping gear IS NOT provided.
Remember the good ol' days when you'd camp out in your back yard? Come recapture the glory days of your youth as the SMT throws its first backyard campout! Grab your tent, camping gear, and relive your childhood as we go back to the days of yesteryear with our presentation of STAR WARS EPISODE IV: A NEW HOPE on Friday Night, May 26th (after a presentation of REVENGE OF THE SITH, and then stick around for THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK and RETURN OF THE JEDI on Saturday night, May 27th.
For a fee of $10 you can get breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Otherwise, no food or beverage service will be provided for this event.
Setup space is severely limited, so please RSVP by May 13th by PMing me or emailing me at timbrown@bigriver.net. Participants may begin setting up at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 26th.

Ooh, sounds like fun. I need to get me a tent and maybe a sleeping bag, and I'll certainly be sure to have $10 with me. Ya take checks if I forget the cash? (not that I intend to)

We're just 6 days away from our first Drive-In Night of the season! I'm busily preparing for this weekend, running nearly 1500 feet of new audio cable to improve the setup and the sound quality.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!
And pray that the weather holds out!

Looking forward to it...(and so is my thats no tent thats a space station tent...) You know, I could probably pack a bunch of people into that thing. Most we've ever had in it was 8 people per section at 4 sections for a grand total of 32 people and 2 big dogs and a pug. (and there was room to spare...)

Are you talking about a tent you've got room in to spare? I might make it if there's room for me to hitch along. If not, I won't be upset. I can easily find something else to do. It looks very hazy to me right now, so let me play it by ear (good heavens, I can't believe it's already Wednesday! It seems like still the beginning of the week).
