UPDATE FOR THOSE COMING IN COSTUME:
The coat check room will be opened at 6 pm for us to change into costumes. (I told them that some of the costumes are bulky, so I hope it's enough space, lol.)

Sorry to say that I won't be there tonight. Turns out I've got a birthday thing to go to, and the commute would have been a killer, sorry I'm going to miss hanging out with my SMT breathern again.  Would have been cool to meet Mr. Wallace especially since I missed him at C3. Have a great time tonight and hope you have a huge turn-out.

Sorry you guys couldn't make it, Zach and BJ, but I totally understand. It's a long drive from where y'all live. 
We had a fantastic time! It was great to meet you, Dan, and I enjoyed your talk and dinner at Huey's very much. (My oldest daughter was SO excited to get an autographed copy of the New Essential Chronology.) We hope you enjoyed your stay in Memphis! 
Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a success! Saw some old friends, met some new ones - good times all around.  I'll post a link to pics as soon as I get them uploaded.
And a HUGE thanks to msmary and the folks at the Library for inviting us and making everyone feel so welcome.

That was a blast last night! Thanks for coming to Memphis and to dinner afterwards, Dan! We had a lot of fun.

Last night was a blast, and it was a pleasure to meet and hang out with you, Dan. You definitely need to send us a copy of the pic of you in front of the gates at Graceland.
Oh, and our item in the silent auction brought in the most money. The Jedi Costume went for $75, all of which went to the Memphis Public Library.

Thanks to everyone who came out -- the turnout was great (over 120 people) but the FanForce really made it a Star Wars event. Thanks also to everybody who made it to dinner, and to Tim for driving me around Memphis until nearly midnight.
I have pictures! Please check them out to make sure I didn't screw up anybody's name. And let me know if you have pics of your own -- I only posted the ones that were on my camera.
