I'm in no hurry to see it, I must admit. Ford's double-talk after trashing Lucas and Star Wars for so long and then doing an about-face when his career tanked really turned me off to him and his movies. (Almost up there, but not quite, with Tom Cruise and his antics.)
Let's be honest, Ford hasn't made a decent film since the Fugitive (and even then, Tommy Lee Jones stole the show). I mean, do you remember a noteworthy film he made in the 90s/00s? Thought not.

Ben: You're right- Ford hasn't done really anything of note in a long, long time. I mean, every movie he did do that was good was followed up by another movie that was exactly like it, except he had a different character name. I did like the Tom Clancy stuff, but even they started following his "running around telling random people he wants his family back" formula. (I'm sure you've seen the Family Guy take on it.)

So... I'm wondering if the weather is hot there?
I'm up in NW AR... And it didn't get above 80 yesterday... And today... Well, this morning it was 62 degrees.
But, I'm going home tomorrow and I know it'll be hot...

Hey guys!!
I know it's been a while sense I posted. I have more time now. . .
I knew it was coming. I was let go on Wednesday, June 11. The past 3 weeks, I've been in the internet tryng to find a new job.
So far, Kelly & I are planning on see ya'll on Drive-In Night, next weekend.

Wow. That hotel looks kinda...nice.  Nicki lives in that part of the world. We'll have to ask her if she knows anything about the area.
Random update from the Brown house:
I think we have a new family member. (No, that THAT. ) We have been adopted by a stray cat. She showed up a couple of weeks ago looking pitiful and skinny with a scar on her head. She must have belonged to someone once because she's very sweet and good with the kids and her front paws are declawed.
Because she's white and we don't know where she came from or how old she is, we named her Jarael.

Oh....Olive Branch! I didn't know anything like that was in Olive Branch. I'll have to drive by there and check it out one night on my way home from the gym. Let's face it, just about anything is a step up from the old hotel, and Olive Branch is really nice. We will have a lot of eating choices around there.

I've never heard of the hotel, but when they say "renovated" that suggests it's been around a while. Still, if you had told us in the 1980s the con would one day be in Olive Branch, I doubt we'd have believed you. (On the other hand, if you'd told me in 1993 the con would be in the same airport hotel in 2008, I wouldn't have bought that, either!)

I let Traci name the cat. Anyway, she vetoed all of my name ideas- especially my favorite: LOL. No... I'm not saying "Laugh out Loud"... I wanted to name her L.O.L. (or Eloel). Then she'd be L.O.L. Cat.
Now if a pink cat shows up... Well, we know what its name will be!

You mean that MSC finally got a clue and left the Holiday Inn Express on Democrack... er... Democrat? I didn't think that was possible. I hope like heck they don't get run out of this new place after a year. I don't know how the Holiday Inn stood them for so long. (BTW- A friend of mine's mother works in the maintenance department at the Holiday Inn Select on Democrat, and they all absolutely loathe and dread Mid-South Con. They'll be extremely happy to know they're not coming back!)
