WooHoo! We just dropped off the KC group at the train station! What a great weekend! I would like to thank everyone for coming and playing with us this weekend! I had a marvelous time meeting all of you, and if you ever want to come back let me know, and I'll see to it that you have a great time!
I set up a Photobucket account for the weekend, if anyone has pictures please post them here. Just pm me for the password and you can post yourself... I will get mine up once I get some sleep!!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to all who attended and assisted! It was great to meet everyone! I hope that we will continue to talk and hopefully see each other more in the future.
Also, if any one hasn't yet, go out and get Betrayal! Mr. Allston was absolutely wonderful to work with. The talk on Fri. night went great and Sat. at Borders was just as great! He is such a wonderful, down to earth guy and so nice. So, not only is Betrayal one of the best reads IMHO, the writer is a great guy!
Also, I would like to include a special thank you to the 501st Missouri - Kansas 70th Explorers Garrison. They were a pleasure to work with! Hope to see you all more in the future also!
Congrats to Mike and Lisa!
I would also like to thank my fellow planners, Christina, Dajuan and Mike. We did it guys!! Woooo Hoooo!! Time for sleep. LOL!

Thank you. Thank you all. Events like weekend was why I got into FanForce to begin with. You all made it so special and awesome! Too tired for stories and pictures at the moment, but they are forth coming. Special thanks to Christina, Leash, and Mike; you guys are the best planning committee a girl could ask for.

FYI, I created some sub-folders in the Photobucket account to keep it organized nicer. If you don't know where your photo will fit just put it in the main folder and it can be moved. If you don't know how to upload to photobucket, let runya or I know and we can either talk you through it or you can send them directly to one of us (email or snail mail). Please label/rename your pics giving either names or discriptions

I'm probably the last to check in here - but I'm home safely! Thanks to everyone who could come, great to meet everyone finally! And BIG BIG BIG THANK YOU to Dajuan, Leash, Kristina, & Mike for racking ideas, knocking heads together, and getting all this planned (and thx Dajuan for letting me crash at your house for those couple of days too!)
Maybe for MRM-II I could suggest Minneapolis? Ya know, we are famous for This! That, and the Mall of America!

Anyone else have the post event blues? The days after a big event always leaves me a little lonely and a lot sad. Two days ago I would have killed for a quiet moment, and now I sit missing everyone and feeling lost with nothing that has to be done right now. How many more days until Dragon Con or MRM II?
Sorry for the mopey post, but I figure I'm not the only one to feel a little down. Maybe we can all sympathize a bit.

If we're placing our votes, I vote for KC in 08. Maybe we could do it 1 month before Mike and Lisa get married, ya know, to keep the theme going.
And for those of you who have the St Louis blues, mwah ha ha ha, oh, I kill me, I have a feeling that we will be seeing each other again soon, for the 1st Annual tie-dye and gold spandex reuniuon on July 15th.

Yeah, I'm feeling a little mopey too. I want to talk to people about it, but these are the peeps that backed out on coming with me, so deep down I'm not to happy with them. And youtry to explain something - and they just don't get it 'cause they weren't there.
BTW: I've got all my digi pics loaded onto my compy. Did someone want me to email them or should I sort thru them myself and post?
