first things first i reli suggest no footy logos lol
errm...i recon it would get too complicated to get both midlands and wales stuf on there so maybe a collection of fan type things....

 I was thinking along the lines of famous people from across the region(s) so Obi-Wan could be Shakespeare from Stratford, Luke could be Robin Hood from Nottingham, Chewie could be Joe Calzaghe from Cardiff (I'm just suggesting here so please don't anybody take offense) and these could be oversized characters standing on the map at their place of location. It looks good in my head anyway!!!

i like the idea but i think they might be a bit small on the map or the map a bit large for the banner lol
