Collectormania Coventry - 1st/2nd Nov
Ok so i have decided i will be coming home that weekend all things permitted and then realised that collectormania will be happening.
i am with the aim to attend this. who else would be interested in a Midlands meet (as we havnt had a big one in a few months)?

unfortunatly can no longer attend, due to shortage of staff on sat I've been roped into working. very gutted but not much choice given by my boss. sorry guys hope you have a good time

Got back to swansea last night (didnt post because i went straight to Vice rock bar to chill for a couple hours with the Vice Girls...)
anyhoo the meet went well...
Lowri and I travelled up with our 2 friends Jos and Grimy and stayed at mine on the friday nite. Then after everybody over slept we travelled up to coventry.
A £3 parking fee had been slapped on this year.
We walked straight in, after paying for our tickets of course, and I noticed it was a little bigger than last year. With the A team van and Sports Celebs on the right, merchants in the middle and film celebs off to the left.
We met up with Jamie who was running his stall (scoring us an official meet!) and then went off to browse the stalls.
Walking about during the day were 2 very very good Aliens and a Predator.
We got a free autography from Rusty Goffe and i got one from Dirk Benedict (A-team and Battlestar Galactica) who complained that he couldnt understand the english accent then said he was refering to the newcastle and essex ones (i dont think even those areas can understand each other). After that i had to go get a picture with Frank Bruno simply because he was the only sports celeb there that i knew lol! and shook his hand (if you imaging shalking the hand of The Thing from Fantastic 4 thats basically brunos hand...very tough and BIG).
I was dissapointed that Richard Dreyfuss and Natilia Tena had pulled out.
After all that we went on a little shopping spree then headed back down to Swansea.
Was a great day and I hope to have a Bigger Midlands meet soon!!
