Yes, in my case, I specialize in pediatrics. I actually found an agency that doesn't suck, and I travel to the patient's home, and work 12 hour shifts looking over a single patient. It beats running around a hospital all day, working in the cutthroat, gossipy environment that is a nursing staff. I also don't have to worry about taking the fall, and the blame, if a doctor screws up on something.
