Bosh that is awesome and I am extremely jealous!

Prince is my favorite musical artist of all time. I saw him at the opening Chicago show on June 25th before he had to re-schedule all the others. I've seen him in concert 5 times now and he never disappoints. I've got all his albums and even some bootleg stuff. Can't wait to talk to you and get all the details.

Forecast is looking relatively bleak for tomorrow. Rain right up until the start of the movie.
We'll see how it looks closer to end of business tomorrow. I'll post here at 4:30pm tomorrow what the verdict is.
Having it in the garage kinda sucked before.

 

The garage was an acceptable last-minute alternative, but I agree that a rescheduling would be better.

Well the Forecast has gotten slightly better, and the rain has moved back to end around 5 O'Clock. Once again, I'll post at 4:30pm. So, stay tuned.....

Last minute work meant I had to miss the show last night... I trust the clones attacked sufficiently?

Well, if by "Clones" you mean "mutants" and "monsters from hell", then yes.

 

Both of my copies (Full & WideScreen) of AotC have come up MIA. So, no problem, go to Blockbuster....WRONG. Blockbuster (at least mine) doesn't carry AotC...though there are 3 copies of TPM. They didn't even have a copy to sell.
So, we ended up watching Hellboy and X2.

 

Damn, couldn't make it! I had "a thing" to deal with. Can't explain...sometimes **** just happens at the wrong time.

 

which star wars movie is this "hellboy" you speak of? is it a fan film?

 

yeah, that's the one that two guys from Corpus Christi made... it's a very thin story leading up to a mediocre lightsaber battle

 

It's pretty amazing how if you watch AOTC on a very large screen it looks EXACTLY like Hellboy.

 

Just to remind everyone that though it's not a Star Wars (or even geek related movie), I'll be showing Purple Rain:SE (20th Anniversary Edition) this Friday the 27th in the back yard at 8:30pm.

If there is enough interest, and weather permitting, I will also do a makeup showing of Attack Of The Clones (which is Star Wars and very geek related) on Saturday the 28th at 8:30pm.
