    Blood and chrome sounds more like the BSG I like --fighting the Cylons, and less soap opera. I'm looking forward to this one.

    It has too much lens flare and back lighting.

    The plot has potential and I like that Adama starts off as a cocky son of a bitch. Makes for a good character arc. It was very cool to see Galactica again!

    i agree...it was great to see the ship...she looked so shinny and new!!

    I think that if we would have had more of an actual episode we would have seen more of his personality....i am just so happy we have something to watch!

    Ep 1 and 2 rock, except for the frakking lens flare. So far, it has a good story. I like the contrast between the hotshot punk n00b and the bitter oldbie who just wants to survive to the end of his tour.

    My only other dislike is the re-use of BSG actors. They used the same one from Specialist Gage, and at least one other. It was odd seeing knuckledragger Gage as an officer. And IIRC, the Galactica CO was a BSG actor as well.

    Other than that, it is fun so far. SciFi should take notice: 1) we hate the name SyFy and 2) real science fiction rocks.
