San Fran, CA Carrie Fisher's "Wishful Drinking" Tickets On Sale!

Wow! I figured she'd want to take a break. I guess she won't be at Comic-Con Maybe this time I'll buy a ticket early and get a good seat? That means I'd have to go to the show right after we get back from Comic-con.

The theater website doesn't have any info yet.

 

The info was posted in the Datebook section of the SF Chronicle the other day. After San Jose, the show goes to Washington D.C. in September. I better alert Leia_Asylum!

Carrie Fisher is fine-tuning her one-woman show, Wishful Drinking, in Berkeley from June 9-23 once again before bringing it to Broadway later this year.

She will be playing at the Berkeley Repertory Theatre. Tickets are now on sale ($16.50 - $71).

Matt - if that discount is for SFFF members, shouldn't we have people PM you for the code rather than post it to public boards for anyone to use who googles info on Carrie's show? Just my advise, because it will easily be found and used by anyone who sees it.

I seriously doubt posting the code here is a massive breach in operational security... I doubt people are stalking our boards for special codes for discounts on stuff... If they were... that would be incredibly sad.

 

Well, it was just that the woman giving Matt the discount had asked about how many people we thought would be using it. And if it's left up here long enough, it will be cached in search engines so anyone doing a search about the show could come across it. I'm not saying people stalk our boards looking for discounts, but it's probably better to be safe than sorry
