    Well, my buddy has arranged things at work, so he can come with me. We're planning on going in the Eurostar. Their rates (incl. 2 return tickets and 3 nights in a hotel) are actually quite reasonable. Unfortunately, we can't book anything as late as June.

    I wanted to stay near ExCel, but that's quite far from downtown London, so I'll be looking for hotels in the areas of Southwark, Holborn, City, etc.
