Concincity II at MSOE on April 28thish

Everyone planning to this event, post who, which day, etc. Let's start a list!

I'm planning to go, but before I decide which day I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks!

 

I dunno if i'm going yet but my young mind is easily swayed.

I sent in the registration form today for Saturday, April 27th. Hopefully we can all meet there, but I was kind of planning to go anyway.

 

Yeah, I'm going regardless as well, but I'll definitely be there one of the days - must have Chewie's autograph!!!

 

We sent in ours last night after work. You know, this thing would be a good oppurtunity to find potential members.

 

I'll definitely be going, possibly both days. I want to get a back-to-back photo with Mr. Mayhew.

 

Has any one nailed down a day and a time?

I think I would prefer Saturday but Sunday would work as well. I?ll be there regardless.

How does sat at 1:00 sound?

 

Eric was going to get the schedule as to when Peter Mayhew was doing his thing and we were going to schedule around that.

 

I shall do my best to be there; however, I am involved in a golf tournament that morning. Depending on what time we are planning on meeting, I may make it for all, some, or none.

I'll let you know as soon as we get a time for meeting at MSOE.

The newsletter I will be posting today or tomorrow at the website, has Sat. as the day to go, it was my understanding that day was picked. I think since some have already purchased tickets for Sat.,it would be the best day. Don't forget, we need @least 5 people who were there yesterday or are interested in joining us to be at the same place at the same time for this to be concidered a meeting. Please let me or Que4zone know, if possible before tomorrow night so we can get the info. up at the website and posted here. Thanks all!

Also, if you remember in the Journal/Sentinel article w/ Eric, a guy "Nick Seidler" was in it also, and he's interested to give us a tour. I will try to arrange it, but he's often unavailable due to his work priorities. He is also interested to join the club, so I will keep everyone posted.

The inventor of the Star Wars Battle Command Game, the PepsiCo Star Wars designer, Peter "Chewbacca" Mayhew, and Gene Roddenberry Jr.. will all be at the MSOE exhibit. More to come...

Eric is not able to do what he had planned, but we will talk more in dept tonight, and anything new that comes up, I'll post immediately.
