I imagine that, just as with any other business, it'd be costly for them to move. Whether they think that regaining the right to potentially expose their employees to STD's is worth the financial cost is another matter.

And of course it's a newsworthy event. The U.S. porn industry makes billions a year and L.A. is one of the (or the) largest producers.
