Mary Current location for AOTC IMAX

Looks like Hampton, VA will be our point of pilgramage to see AOTC in IMAX!

 

Is that a definate no-go on the Science Center getting AOTC? I have checked the Science center page and Imax.com, but there is no listing I can find of who will and will not show the movie.

 

Well, currently they have no plans to show it, but if you called everyday this month as well as everyone else in our group, we might could change that.

 

We are trying to put together a trip down there. We could go as a combined FF.

I think we should all try contacting the IMAX at the Inner Harbor.

 

There are only a few IMAX theaters around the country. We have one in a great location in Baltimore where we could all see it. They don't do it and go to Virginia instead.

 

the D.C. fanforce has been called the D.C. and Maryland Imax for days and they told us we need 500 people before they would even think about showing it. Best just to go to Hampton

 

Personally, I was on the edge about seeing it. When they announced 20 minutes edited from the film, that made the decision an easy 'no' for me.

Hey, Dark_Jedi_Kam, Wanna show the DVD in my planetarium? I do not have a DVD player, but I could check on getting that and a big screen from my library or someone could bring along a DVD player and I can see if I can hook it up to my video projector and get it up big on the dome.

Which place is closer, D.C. or Hampton, VA?

 

Hampton is 3 hours south of D.C.

 

It is in beautiful suburbian Hedgesville, WV, a mere 90 minute drive from both D.C. and Baltimore, MD!
