Revenge of the Sith definitely. I haven't read the CT novels since I was probably 10 or so, but the ROTS one is amazing. The last few pages describing life as Vader were unbelievable.

The only one I've actually read has been The Phantom Menace, which I thought was very good. I've only skimmed through the Clones novel, and I haven't had the opportunity to purchase or read the other four.

ROTS, mainly because it has that huge depth that other (third person) novels don't tend to have. I love whenever Stover goes inside people's minds and tells you what they're thinking and feeling. Also, whenever he takes a break from the story to give the brief description of something that was recently introduced (this is Anakin and Obi-Wan, this is General Grievous...ect) makes the thing that much more fun to read.

Jedi, It has Obi-WAn is Owen's brother. Oh the controversy :p. TPM's a close second. AOTC and ROTS, I didn't like that much though I did like the films.

The ROTJ novelization made me cry. I haven't read the ROTS book, but I have a feeling it will to. Until then, though, ROTJ gets my vote.

ROTS. I may have loved the movie Empire Strikes Back (it ranks as number 1 for me), but the books for EpV and EpVI are not of the same caliber as Matt Stover's book. And actually, I think the PT novelizations are better than the OT novelizations overall because of the details of the action and the details of what the characters are thinking...

Although you did forget Labyrinth of Evil, I don't think you'd have many takers for that. I consider that another novelization even tho it isn't a "movie" per se. It seems to me that GL realized that the Ep III story was too big and decided to split it in two.

No. A novelization of a film is just that.

Revenge of the Sith. All the other ones were pretty bad. TPM was OK. AotC was horrible. The OT novels... I don't have the words. RotS was OK in parts. But the end was rushed and it should have been 50-100 pages longer.
