Provo Forum Announcements

We now have the ability to place forum announcements such as upcoming activities at the top of our forums. A good example of this can be found at the Star Wars Collecting board....they have a "no solicitation" notice up above the Jedi Council Forums >> Fan Activities >> Collecting string.

I would like to make use of this, as it would eliminate questions like "When's the next activity?"

Speaking of which....I will get details out on the September activity as soon as possible. Look for that in the next few days.
