Future Meetings:

Alright here are my plans for upcoming future Meetings. These are subject to change and I'll let you know if a meeting has been moved back or cancelled. This is just to give you an idea so that way you can plan ahead.


September:

*I will be out of town starting the 21st due to a Graduation I must attend.

Star Trek would be strange for me. I have only ever seen half of one of those movies. I don't think I have ever seen one of the TV show episodes! I probably need to watch all the films and see what the fuss is about.

 

I have all 9 films that are out right now so if You need to borrow one let me know.

I only do 'Next Generation', I find Trek too political (read that: politics I don't agree with) for my taste.

 

Star Trek: Nemesis is supposed to have the The Next Generation Cast in it.

Dinner?

Even if it's Lunch at Rucker John's, Golden Corral, or Dinner at Pizza Hut or a Restaurant somewhere it'd still be a meeting.


I'm avaliable Mon-Fri for Lunch.
All days I"m avaliable for Dinner.

Universal, as I previously mentioned, I will be unavailable for a meeting until mid-late October due to my military activities. I will be going to Jacksonville every day to work and working long hours - just enough to drive back home , eat and go to bed....after a little moderating.

I can't wait for it to be over, believe me.

 

We'll be waiting.

Ok maybe I need to take a mini-vacation. I need to catch up with my HTML language. Anyways, I'll ask places if I can leave flyers around.

If we were larger, I'd start a Bookclub.

Anyways, Grilled don't worry about it.

Well I was thinking about planning for the DVD release. And even Toys for Tots. I might buy a Jedi Starfighter now to donate later on.

An update.

I haven't received any new e-mails from people wishing to join. I'm not giving up yet so I'm keeping my hopes up.

I have done a little research and found out that there is a member of the 501st in our area. I would like to invite this member to a future meeting and I would like to have a meeting soon to discuss what we are going to do for the Episode II DVD and Video Release. If you'd like I'll start a thread on what we should do for the Release.

Also, I would like to start thinking about Toys for Tots. I know that both of you are Marines and I know that the Marines have the Toys for Tots Campaign. Any ideas on how we can help out?
