I really wouldn't know. Do people really preview their posts?

 

For toying with markups, yes, I'm sure of it, considering some of the previous posts in this thread.

But otherwise, yes, but usully only in Comms.

Okay I'm not entirely sure what you mean. I don't know where '20' came from... but if it takes a few goes then yeah, as many as is necessary. I don't feel there's any emergency to get every post out there ASAP.

 

Then maybe you should try the site SoME linked to... it beats previewing your post twenty times!

It should be noted that I don't think I've ever previewed as many times as 20. At most three or four. IMO on long posts it's always a good idea to read through what you're gonna post before you post it. Daft spelling mistakes are always gonna sneak through. And as far as mark ups go, it always looks cooler if there are lots of colourtastic bits in your post, and no edits.

Nemesis - I like the second one.

Personally, I don't bother much with colours in my posts. If I do use coloured markups, I've got a gizmo on my desktop where I can pick a colour and it gives me the hex code... or I just use the GIMP to do the same.

Even so, for the benefit of other users who use the standard colours here, I petition for the new one that I mentioned above (#876c33 : 'poop')
