Hi Gang. My older sister lives in Mesa (Alma School and University) and is looking for a cheap dial-up ISP. Ideal would be $9.99/mo unlimited, month-to-month. She's not a power user... just someone who doesn't like to have to worry about counting her hours.

I haven't done dial-up since I moved here so I don't have a clue where to start. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

(secretly snickers that someone would actaully want Dial-up still)

have you looked into NetZero or anything like that. I hear that they arent bad. Way back when I used Qwest for dial-up.

My current internet provider is Qwest again. And my total bill is ~$70 and that includes my basic phone line, the DSL, Qwest as ISP and a fee for a static IP address. I think the ISP alone is only $15 of the total bill. Id have to look to be certain though

    :D

Check out Fast Q or Excel.
Those are the cheapest I know of, and I haven't heard complaints from my friends who use them. My friend Damien works for Excel. PM me if you want the contact info. Fast Q is all Valley-based, I believe.
