Help with English Premiership Football

Ok,
I want to support a team from the EPL, but I don't know which one.

Which team is the closest in proximity to Wales?

Aston Villa, Birmingham, Liverpool and Wigan are quite close.

 

I"ve been pulling for Liverpool this season, so I guess I'm alright then.

Hmmm...I had no idea that Aston Villa was so close.

See, I didn't know that. I know countries, but not cities in Europe.
Well, let me rephrase that.

I"ve been to Europe, and I know rough locations fo the capitals and major cities of each country. But in England, I'm not 100% accurate when it comes down to all the mid-major cities and such.

Why not go for a team that isn't either a painfully obvious choice or a painfully dull choice.

In short, why not become a Blackburn Rovers fan!!!! Like me!!!!!!!!!

Some reasons for your consideration:

Best kit in the league. The blue and white halves are unique and look so much cooler than a plain red or white shirt.

Only team outside of ManUre, The Arse and Chelski to have won the Premier Leauge.

3 words. 1 legend. Roque Santa Cruz!!!

Mark Hughes! Sparky is the only Welsh manager in the league, and as such it is your DUTY to support his team.

So called "bigger" clubs like Spuds and Tiny-Toons hate us cause they think they're bigger and better than us, but despite spending hundreds of millions of pounds, they aint won jack!!

Speaking of a Jack. Jack Walker. The greatest football fan that ever lived. He took a poor, financially desperate third division team and turned them into a major force in English football. All with money from his own pocket. And unlike certain investors that are around today, he earned his millions through hard graft and honest professionalism.
He didn't have anything to do with shady oil deals, human rights violations and wasn't a big fat American investor who referrers to the club as a "franchise"....

Unique selling point. Tell people you?re a ManUre fan or a thieving Scouser and they'll barely notice it. Tell them you?re a Blackburn fan and they'll become interested!

Chicks love to wear football shirts to bed. And the Blackburn top looks great on the fairer sex.

Blackburn have won the FA Cup 3 times on the bounce. More than any other team EVER!


Well, that?s all I can think of for now, but i'm sure there are loads more reasons to become a Rover!

Don't worry, the same thing happened to us. We won the league, then the manager left, then we got crap, then we got relegated.

Still, what do you expect when you put Brian Kidd in charge.....

Good to see that we came back from that though and we didn't go down the same road the likes of Forest, Wednesday, QPR and Coventry.

All mainstays of the Premier league at one point. All doing bloody awful now!

 

I watch football for nice legs.

Rugby for the same reason, or thereabouts.

So... I'd say Manchester United. Ronaldo Legs FTW!

May I suggest that you Google Mr Cruz. He's a right handsome lad and doesn't sleep with prostitutes (Ronaldo, Rooney, i'm looking at you!).

Guess there's something about being a ManUre player where you can only get a woman by paying for it.. In Rooney's case I totally understand though.

I think I may have just doubled Blackburn's fan base in Wales.



Just focus on Santa Cruz, and not the Mr potato lookalike Brad Friedel we have in goal.

Though saying that, he is probably one of our best players. Just not very pretty, that's all.
