I've tried to change it...I was here prior to SW.COM and now I can't change it

 

I'm sure you can chage it hon.

Kate type for the bold then the smiley are they way we type them at SW but the come up like that )

Okay, so how exactly does one use bold face on this thing, and how do you grab those

It's stupid, but you have to do it manually, as in type out etc...there is a list on the bottom that you can access to see how to do things. Smilies are just as normally done..just type it in and it does it for you...
