I'm a manager at Regal Cinemas. Maybe I can work something out with the District Manager for a special Eppy 2 screening. I dunno, we'll see what happens. I'm out at the Clackamas theatre now...still working some at the Fox Tower 10 downtown.

Yeah, I've been with Regal for about a month now. I don't know how much time I can spend online. Things are still very hectic, but I drop by when I can.

LoL, yes then we even could sit on the back of the chairs and not have to worry about someone being pissed at us.

 

Ah, and just think...we could have the best seats in house...and bragging rights.

Yeah, after all...SW is Fantasy, right?

 

If only we lived in a fantasy world, things would be just a little more exciting.

 

Just think: I could finally have my own lightsaber...and just think of all the "Real Life" applications of the Force!

I have a question for all you Portlanders:
My roommate and I have a friend who is visiting us and we're at a loss as to what to do. Since he's out on business, we can't do anything during the day, we're not really interested in any of the movies out, and we're all over 21, but don't drink. Anyone have any suggestions?

Well since I dont live in Portland, I cant suggest much of anything But there's this good restraunt called Tequila Willie's, thats if you need a place to eat but thats all the help I can be.

 

Sometime this year, I promise I'll try to butter up the District Manager about getting our own screening of Episode II. I don't know how successful I'll be, but I'll give it my best shot.

Hmmm...I wonder if we should go see Ep. II in costume. I saved a couple of FanFilm pages that have instructions on assembling a "Jedi Cloak" and a "lightsaber". Maybe those would be of use...

 

I was definetly going to try to go in costume.

Speaking of which, I went comic book hunting today and stumbled upon this little store that had tons and tons of old toys, many of which being Star Wars. One of the things being an old star wars mask and custume, I believe it was C-3PO, but couldnt see it right, and plus since Im not that big of a collector, I didnt know what was special, I guess you could say. Just thought Id share that with ya

 

I'm not a big collecter, either, but I do read all the novels, a lot of the comics, and I have a lot of SW toys and shirts, so...okay, yeah, I am sort of a collecter, just not of old stuff.

 

It was actually an interesting little store, they had a close encounter of the 3rd kind lunch box that I was really tempted to buy. But, alas, I have no money, so couldn't

 

Bummer! You gotta keep that wallet well-stocked whenever shopping for SW merchandise, you know.

 

I know, the problem is no job now. I had one, but my boss, well I didnt like her, so I quit. But I cant get another job for the summer becasue Ill be gone to much.

 

Yeah, I plan on trying to find a job this summer...
