Oh. Whoops.

Still, we've had two DVDs for them to appear. They haven't.

 

They've put a good amount of deleted scenes on the DVD versions. I just wish they had followed that trend with the Blu-rays.

 

But, what about CGI Yoda? And Shmi calling to Anakin during his nightmare?

For ROTS, though, it's true that there weren't really any noticeable changes. Although, Wikipedia says they added moss to the hut Yoda is on at Kashyyyk and had the clonetroopers shout something to Obi-Wan.

 

CGI Yoda was originally planned for TPM iirc; it just wasn't ready to go in time, plus IIRC there were concerns about how it looked. Shmi calling out to Anakin isn't a 'deleted scene' per se. I mean stuff like the full DOTF and so on.

 

What a bad fan i am that i didnt know about those . Now i hope they get released eventually!

 

You can see a couple of shots from the extended Duel of the Fates at the end of one of the docs on TPM DVD bonus disc.It's a segment that shows how they got from one catwalk to a higher one.

 

Will check it out when i get home cause i honestly dont remember, it's been a while since i saw the documentaries... thanks!

I've always thought deleted scenes outside of the actual film are usually kinda meh. Rare exceptions are Anakin and Palpatine meeting the delegation of 2000, and the extended Shaw-Engineer fight from Prometheus. Oh, and Luke and Vader in their ESP drawdown from ROTJ.

 

Well, I'm only in it for the Maul stuff, really.

Maul's back flip was pretty sweet, actually.
