If it were up to you would you jail this guy or let him go free?

    REVENGE BEATING

Basically, this guy hunted down and bet up a priest who molested both him and his brother.

Lynch accused Lindner of abusing he and his brother when during a church-led, family camping trip in the Santa Cruz Mountains in 1975.

He said he and his then-4-year-old brother were sodomized by Lindner, forced to perform sexual acts on each other, and told they would go to hell if they told anyone what happened.

Lindner was removed from active ministry in Los Angeles in 1997 in response to a civil suit filed by Lynch that year. He was reportedly sent to the Jesuit Center in 2002.

    A. If it's true, then as he attacked a guy, that's kind of totally a crime and should be in jail.

    B. Any way you'd like to flesh this out into something a bit deeper in terms of a larger scale discussion to tie this in with to make it more Senate-worthy?

I make no limitation on how you wish to answer the question. From what you think would be a judges point of view or from your own non-legal point of view or morale versus immoral or however you like.
