VIDEO I've got a Koopa head poking out!- Quest's Backlog v2.0

Factory completed! Double H is pretty funny ("What the heck is that?"). Turns out the codes were used for ranking on the web, but the website's code system doesn't seem to work anymore, alas.

 

I finally start to play this game after 7 years and they announce an HD re-release is coming.

Coincidence? I think not.

I've revised the opening post to also begin to account for my retro and portable backlog- though I still have many to add (particularly GBA titles).

 

Sporadic, but notable, progress continues on The Phantom Hourglass. Freed the Spirit of Courage and I'm partway through the Ghost Ship now.

 

Now that the holiday craziness is officially past, I finally have time to game again, so tonight I return to Hillys and search for the Slaughterhouse.

EDIT- I'm about (presumably) 1/3rd through the Slaughterhouse now, starting on the East Wing.

 

Finished the East Wing and Mall, onto the North Wing. Gotta love a game based 90% around Zelda stealth scenarios.

 

Cleared the North Wing tonight, onto stealin' a ship to get to the moon.

 

Swapping out Lego SW for Mario Kart Wii on the multiplayer front, and bringing Twilight Princess up on the single-player front. Haven't abandoned BG&E, but wanted to start at least getting back to where my TP save file was before.

 

Finally got around to putting a bit more time into TP. About to leave Ordon for the Goron mines/Detah Mountain. Currently at 11:19 total playtime.

 

Completed Death Mountain- getting close to where my original save file left off (around the Zora prince/Hylia lake stuff).

 

Heading into the third Twilight area, currently at 16:46 total time.

 

Master Sword acquired. 25:45.

 

Picked it back up (man, I had no idea it'd been this long!), hunted a few Poes, then decided to look up the reward and decided I don't need that until much later, so it looks like I'll tackle the one bridge thing first before continuing the main quest.

I don't know how far into the game I am, as far as the main quest goes.

I've basically just got the Master Sword and am about to meet some allies in the tavern, though the strategy guide (I generally try to avoid using them, but for the sake of expediency with Skyward fast approaching, I'm using it more often) recommends i do a sidequest first involving a Goron bridge.

 

Completed the bridge task, met my allies, about to save up for the magic armor and go search for the missing ally in Lake Hylia.

Got the Magic Armor, captured the initial 20 Poe Souls, finished Lantern Cavern II, accessed the Gerudo Desert Mesa and have entered the Arbiter's Grounds (Dungeon 4/9, according to the book).

Haven't gotten far enough into it yet. It's the desert dungeon, essentially.

 

I remember an island/cave like that in Wind Waker, but I haven't encountered that yet in TP.
