Drink lots and lots of orange juice. That usually helps with the throat if you have a sore throat. Are you using NyQuil and/or DayQuil?

 

I doubt a wizard would have needed rubbing Alcohol and matches.

 

I would avoid the alcohols TBH just because of the dehydrating thing + if you're on medication (which I'm assuming you're on).

 

Soup, tea, Gatorade, and love.
