Wow, that is a tough question.
I do love lots of them. For many different reasons.
It all depends on the mood I'm in.
I think "When I Fall" is one of my most favorites.
I find myself listening to Rock Spectacle quite a bit.
I like singing along with them, so "Another Postcard" and "One Week" are lots of fun.
So is "Sound of Your Voice".

I've only seen them in concert once, and would like to see them again.
My kids have enjoyed "If I had $1,000,000" lately. My 3 year old son sings along as the echo, and we make up extra silly stuff.
Maybe I'll get the sheet music and learn that one on my guitar.

 

I dunno, either deltron_zero or Obi-Zahn Kenobi. They've really stepped it up recently.
