There probably aren't any planned JO games now that JA is out.

I tried to join the IP that was said but it said "server use protocol 25" or something or other. any ideas?

Protocol is the version of the game that is running.

So, that means the server was running the game at a different version to you. Thus meaning you either need to download a patch to advance your version to the server's version... or conversely the server may be old and running an old version without the latest patch, in which case to play that particular server you would need to uninstall the game and reinstall without activating the patch update.

I say, DL the latest patch, or if you have - find a different server.
