Here is the meeting calendar for the year once again. I have moved it up to this post to remind everyone what it is.

So here a a rough draft. All meeting will be hold on Sundays. This is because 90% of people are able to make Sunday's due to life.

Jan. 09' Sun. 18th.
Feb. 09 Sun. 22nd.
March 09' Sun 22nd.
April 09 Sun. 19th.
May 09' Sun. 17th.
June 09' Sun. 21st.
July 09' Sun. 19th.
Aug. 09' Sun. 16th.
Sept. 09' Sun. 20th.
Oct. 09' Sun. 18th.
Nov. 09' SMF Weekend of the 21st. & 22nd. As all ways.
Dec. 09' NO Meeting

As far as the place we can have it here if that works for everyone? I have the room ...lol maybe this time we can run a game of go on a Toy run. We have not done that in a while.

Sounds good. 12-5 as normal? Though is seems that it's been pretty dry for toy runs. How about a flea market/yard sale run? That might be a bit more productive, and we might be able to find things for costumes at a cheap price!

T said how about a fathers day cook out. Make it a family day. We can use TK's big space Near his shop. Granted it would be hard to do a toy run or yard sale run but its an idea.

 

That sounds like good idea. Did not even know it was fathers day. Thats the only way I can make it. What say You TK?

I have no problem with that. I'll have to run it by Shell but it sound good. And when I set the calender the just used the one that comes up on my pc. So it did not list every holiday. Sorry... you know there are like 5/6 og you all out there as well. None of you guy found it tell now. So there ....

I am more than likely not going to be able to make it on the 21st, it being Father's Day and all. The father in law is helping me build a shed at the new place, so I figure that I can at least show up on Father's Day...

Since it looks like attendance will be affected by having it on Father's Day, what does everyone think about moving it back a week to the 27th or 28th?

So far Ive only seen one person that cant make it. I guess that's how important John is. Dude we cant have a meeting without you! Unless there are more people that are out and just aren't saying it.

 

It's important for me to have a family day with my wife and kids for father's day, so i would not make the meeting on 6/21.

 

Are they to good to hang out with your dorky friends? I remember reading about a July family day cookout that sounded real fun just before I joined up with the group. Thought it would be cool to do that for daddy's day.

Ok guy's,

Here are your options for the meeting this month. Due the the mix-up in the dating.

1st. option - We can move the meeting to the 28th. which is the next Sunday.

2nd. option - We cancell the meeting

I will leave it out there for a couple day and see what you all think about? If I do not see any favorable answers or comments in either way I will make the call myself.

We cant commit to the 28th Because our sons baseball team may be still in the playoffs at that time and the schedule's not in stone. So count us out on the 28th.

 

The 28th works for me, so count me in.

 

I would prefer the 28th.
