Knickers cause blackout ...

There are so many questions that have to be asked:

1. Who would attach a black thong to a helium balloon and let it fly?

2. Why?

3. A thong caused an electrical blackout...that in itself is disturbing..So for a weapon, all we have to do is hang thongs on electrical wires? What the crap..

This seems very strange. I have seen Shoes hanging from cables with no effect so why/how does a thong differ?

 

The shoes don't screw up the electrical power of a town, where as a thong seemingly does

I kept away until the topic had been elaborated on enough to get an idea what hides behind the link.
It were certainly not my knickers (or thongs) that caused the blackout in the BB house.
