Man Bites Dog - the zany headline game - game has a winner

Welcome to - Man Bites Dog - the zany headline game!

Get ready, you are going to play Jimmy Olsen but this is not the Daily Planet! You are working for the Enquirer!

To start the game all players will receive five cards by PM. You could get any one of 106 headline cards or one of 3 Exclusive cards.

The headline cards have one or more words that you are going to use to construct your breaking news headline!
Each card also has a point value assigned to it. The goal is to get the highest points and construct a reasonable headline. Headlines may be funny and unbelieveable, but they must be structurally sound. The total the points from the cards used and that is your score for that round. If you receive an Exclusive card then you play it with your headline to double the point values!

Examples of acceptable headline:
Urologist Runs Off With 340 LB Blonde Mob Boss - this one is using all 5 cards - "Runs Off With" comes on one card.
50 + 50 + 50 + 25 + 25 = 200 points!! Good luck trying to manage this in the game!
Blind Dog Weeps for Mayor - this one was created with 4 cards, "Weeps For" is on one card.
25 + 10 + 25 + 5 = 65 points would be your score for that round.
Psychic Tot Snubs Prez
25 + 25 + 5 + 25 = 80 points!

Unacceptable:
Vaccine Tells on Blonde
Tough Czar Slays Devoted Jewels

On your turn, post your headline and the total points it scored. If it's not at least structurally sound then it will be disallowed and your score recorded as 0 for that round. Your beautiful hostess will be double checking the points so no funny business.

If you are not able to make an acceptable headline then you score 0 for that round.

After each round all the cards are put back in the deck, shuffled, and new hands are sent out.

The first player to reach 800 points is the winner! If two or more players go over 500 points in the same round, then the person with the highest score is declared winner. Winner will get 24 hours of colors! There are no game bans, but the person with the lowest score will sport a loser icon for 24 hours.
