March Madness Meeting

We have had the unusual convergence of many activities, this month. Rather than having our usual monthly gathering at a restaurant, we offer up three activities from which Atlanta-area Star Wars fans can choose:

St. Patrick's Day Parade - Volunteers are still needed to support the 501st as they walk in the Atlanta St. Patrick's Day Parade. We will be gathering at 9:30am at the Lindbergh MARTA station and going from there to the parade. We'll be helping the 501st by carrying banners and handing out goodies. It's usually a lot of fun; mostly because we?re in comfortable jeans and t-shirts while the 501st suffers in costume. E-mail me at gaprose@bellsouth.net to volunteer.

Anakin's First Birthday! - Our very own Anakin turns one, this week. And his family is throwing a Star Wars birthday party for him that is open to all club members. Activities for the adults will be included. E-mail Jon at banedriver@yahoo.com if you'd like to attend.

Galacticon - Formerly known as Klingon Spring Break, this con is branching out with a few Star Wars activities. Our very own sister club in Chattanooga will be heading up those activities. See the con's website at: http://www.galacticoninc.com/
