When I walked into Ponyville I met with Pinkie Pie
She threw a welcome warm enough to make a grown man cry
But when I sang to thank them for the kindness they had shown
They all made their excuses and they left me all alone

So now I'm leaving Ponyville, you see​

Leaving while I still have pleasant memories​

I spent a jolly holiday for just three days or four​

But I don't think I'm welcome any more​

I put on a helmet and I flew with Rainbow Dash
But soon I realized my actions had been all too rash
The world went spinning wildly as she tried to entertain
But I just whimpered weakly and I threw up in her mane

And now I'm leaving Ponyville on foot​

Walking with the hope that maybe I'll take root​

I spent a jolly holiday for just three days or four​

But I don't think I'll stay here any more​

Twilight Sparkle let see the books inside her tree
And there my inner bookworm woke and took control of me
I read for hours till my habit triggered Twilight's rage
When she found out I licked my finger when I turned a page

And now I'm leaving Ponyville, you see​

And I'm hoping Twilight won't catch up with me​

I spent a jolly holiday for just three days or four​

But I don't think I'm welcome any more​

Rarity's boutique was quite a wonder to behold
With gems of stunning sizes set in 18-carat gold
She took my gift, a necklace that had left me almost broke
And laughed politely, thinking it was just a feeble joke

Because the gems in Ponyville are BIG​

And I hear you find them anywhere you dig​

I spent a jolly holiday for just three days or four​

But I don't want to stay here any more​

Fluttershy - I guess I gave her something of a scare
For when I went to visit I found neither hide nor hair
Several hours later I gave up and turned to go
When I thought that I heard a whisper telling me, "Hello"

And now I'm leaving Ponyville, you see​

But I'm hopeful Fluttershy's not scared of me​

I spent a jolly holiday for just three days or four​

But I don't think I'll stay here any more​

I went over to the farm to offer them a hand
I figured Applejack could use the muscles of a man
But I found they were pulling tons of apples with their yokes
And now my ego's wounded and I think my back is broke

And so I'm leaving Ponyville, you see​

Very slowly, since my back is killing me​

I spent a jolly holiday for just three days or four​

But I don't want to stay here any more​

As I was leaving Ponyville I saw a raging swarm
A hundred thousand Changelings, every one intending harm
Though terrified, I faced them with my love for MLP
The Changelings all turned nauseous and as one began to flee

And now I'm heading homeward, everyone​

And I'm happy that this brony's work is done​

And maybe someday I'll be back once more​
