November 14, 2003

News from the Star Wars World. Post production from started on Episode III. Star Wars.com has spoilers, so beware. The last NEW JEDI ORDER book came out. Cartoon character figures can be purchased at Target and Toys R Us. Doug has offered to make copies of the cartoon if you bring him a tape. On 11-5 it was announced that the original trilogy might be out on DVD by September ?04.

Council or President. It was mentioned that we really need to start thinking about this. We need to discuss still what we want to do, and here are the ?offices? that the group agreed upon. Membership Committee, Snack Committee, Treasurer, Secretary, News Letter, City Rep, Fund Raiser, Special Events Coordinator. Also, a club scrap book was mentioned, having both a digital and a hard copy. We need a photographer to volunteer.

Christmas/New Years party. Laura and Alan have volunteered their house for the festivities. We are planning on having a potluck, and please bring a $5.00 white elephant gift for a gift exchange.

Jessica won the last Star Wars Jeopardy, with Laura coming in second, and Erin last.
