**Official meeting thread**

LT. Kettch suggested that we have an official meeting/idea thread. Personally, I'd like to continue to hold Saturday meetings, although I think moving the time to mid-afternoon(so longer meetings are feasible). Kettch mentioned a LAN center for our next meeting, which sounds fun, but I'd also like to see other possible activities listed, for future consideration if nothing else.

 

The computer shop does have 6 high performance computers and the price would be 4 dollars an hour of game play with the first two hours being free.

 

Cool. You know what games they have on them?

 

I nkow that they have battle for middle earth, I think they have age of mythology and possibly empire Earth. They do have a large variety of them

 

Awesomeness.

 

Lets keep our options open just in case they are closed

Why does that not surprise me? Close as in "not let anyone else in," or as in "Kick everyone in there out."

 

most likely kick everyone out, but if there are any days off that both college and local school have then that would work out. Do you have Martin Luther King day off?

 

Yeah ... they'll be open then, right? I was thinking either that or meeting on 2:00 on a Sat, having a good two hours there, then moving on to something else.

 

Ok, When are we going to have the next meeting. Everybody just left for a little while pretty much.

 

Howabout the sixteenth? Have you heard anything from Moonshadow?

 

I have a band event going on that day.

Shouldn't have a problem with it. I have found another Star wars nerd. I'll see if he wants to join

Ohhh crikey! I almost forgot ... that'd be the 1st ... the day right before my mom's birthday. I don't know if that'd cause an issue or not ...

 

I just heard back from Moonshadow ... she's swamped with schoolwork, and probably will be MIA until summer.

 

Let's nix the meeting for this Sat. When would work for you to re-schedule?

 

I'm still trying to get some people on. One person has a low grade because his teacher made him redo an essay when it was due the next day, and other has internet problems, but I'll see what I can arrange

 

Cool. Let me know what you can do. Oh, I might have one or two people interested.
