OK, WHO SURVIVED!

-33 here on the Island. My car wouldn't start. I had to run into Summerside and steal my dad's truck. Ended up 5 minutes late for work.

 

About -35 here too. And I had to walk!

 

It's kind of a good thing my car didn't start - the heater is broken! At least this way I didn't freeze on the drive to work ...

speaking of which, I was out yesterday and DOY, you go to Moncton High right? It looks like a castle! Oh my word! and I went to your McDonald's too. My friend and I had to drive around to look for it! I wanted to come and visit!

 

No, DOY goings to Riverview High. I graduated from Moncton High. I could take you on tour sometime.

 

duh! I should've known that! She's always saying she's from riverveiw, and that it's not moncton! but yeah, I saw the school, looks better than my high school! my school was a red brick box basically. (it looks like a boardgame box that the sides have had to be taped to keep them standing!)

 

MHS has better theatre curtains than us.

For our first meeting, Tara was absolutely adamant that my McDonald's didn't exist!

When I think of Main St. I think of downtown.

 

Which is why if my brain is functioning, I call it West Main.

Of course, I knew it existed because you can see the sign from Riverview...

Ah ok. But you guys DO have an McDonalds in Riverview, my Mom works right by it.

I have friends who work at the Riverview one. Mine is better though. We have milkshakes.

 

They're's no milkshakes at the one in Riverview? What a ripoff!

 

That's why I prefer the one I work at.

 

Well, I was just kidding about the milkshake thing. The only time I ever go to McDonalds is to get a McFlurry.

 

MCFLURRIES ARE EVIL

At least they are when there's no splatter guard on the machine. And I miss the foot pedal.

I once accidently pulled the flurry machine off the wall.

 

McFlurries were good when they used to have those cappucinno ones with the oreo in it.

I'm partial to "power flurries". Icecream, caramel, oreo and smartie. Although just "Smoreo" is good too.

 

Damn it now I want a McFlurry! But they don't serve McFlurrie's in Woodstock!
