Syra, NY R2D2 mailboxes

According to the Star Wars website, there will be R2D2 mailboxes in Syracuse, Utica, Buffalo and Rochester. If anyone sees one post the location, I think it would be cool to get a pic with. There is a sneak peak about the promotion at uspsjedimaster.com and full details will be released on March 28th.

buffalo has some now too ... grr !!! has anyone seen any in Syracuse yet? I have yet to find one

 

In Rochester, we have two within sight of each other right down on Main Street.
Have you been right into downtown Syracuse yet?

I haent been really anywhere yet since Ive been sick... I will be downtown monday I will keep my eyes open for any....

 

I'm going to check out Downtown Utica next Monday when i'm down there for school, i'll let you know if I find anything!

Given how podunk little Syracuse operates, they probably haven't even put it up yet.

I found the Utica mailbox, it's at Utica College at the front entrance to the student center. I didn't get a picture yesterday, but I will be going back either this Sunday or on graduation day next Saturday to show my daughter. Any luck with Syracuse sightings? Maybe it's up at SU?

The Frappr site says it is on Adams St near the hospital, probably University Hospital (of course that really narrows it down, what with three hospitals right there), but it should be easy enough to find.

 

hmm, hubby says he has been out that way and didnt see it but says he will try again and take a pic... will post it here if we get one

my hubby spotted one on adams street in syracuse. I am going to try to get over there today and snap a photo to post..... finally we found one here!

 

By the time we got to a picture with the one in Buffalo, the hoodlums had their way with poor old R2.

 

we found one in syracuse its infront of university hospital......... just an FYI
