So is anyone going to the midnight showing of the Dark Knight?

 

Not since 2005 have I been so excited about a movie...

And Dark Knight did not disappoint. I loved everything about the movie and walked out of the theater Sunday saying "I can't wait to see that again". I don't want to say too much about it because I don't know how many have seen it but, in a word, FANTABULOUS!

Definitely not a 'wait for the DVD' movie.

Heath Ledger's performance and portrayal of the Joker was exquisite....

Anyone else see it yet?

 

I did like Heath Ledger but I was really impressed with Aaron Eckhart, he is just under rated and I think over looked as Harvey Dent.

I would highly recommend this movie, very well done.

 

Another new personal best official bowling series last night...a 653. And if 3 splits had been strikes instead, it could've easily been my first 700 series...D'OH!

 

Just checking in to make sure everyone's doing ok. Saw the weather reports from New England and it didn't look good, made me worry about you guys. Sorry I haven't been very social since I left, life has been insane. I don't have a job yet but I've barely been looking with all the stuff I have going on. I plan on being employed by the end of August at the latest.

I had seen The Dark Knight on Saturday and it is one of the most PHENOMENAL MOVIES I HAVE EVER SEEN...... Now I have to see it in IMAX!!!!!

 

I will have to see Dark Knight in IMAX as well.

I just heard on the Force Cast podcast that Robot Chicken Star Wars 2 will air this November 16th at 11:30 p.m. on Cartoon Network.

Carrie Fisher and Billy Dee Williams will be doing vpice work for this.

Also heard a report that a new Family Guy Star Wars should be out later this year too.

Sad news to hear Bernie Mac passed away yesterday at the age of 50.

I always enjoyed watching him on the Bernie Mac Show and his stand up.

One person who worked his way from being poor to success in show biz and never seemed to forget where he came from.

 

First Bernie Mac........ Now Isaac Hayes??????? This is a sad weekend for comedy and Hollywood talent!@!!!!!!

 

Well I am moved out of the old bedroom and into the new one and got to get the rest of the house ready for my mom to move in the first week of September.

That is why I have been quiet and not posting as much as I want.

But I am really looking forward to working my butt off for the MDA at SuperMegaFest and will be there both days to set up and close.

A long weekend and my boy goes back to school next Wednesday.

 

Hope everyone had a nice Labor Day weekend.

I am moving my mom into my place tomorrow.

Thank God for Jim helping me out.

My other friend isn't going to be able to make it until 3:30

At least I don't have to have the truck back until Thursday at 9:00 a.m. thank you Ryder.

I attempted with U-Haul but they only give you 8 hours and are not too opposed to charging 50 bucks for each 30 minutes beyond the 8 hours.

They also were making me go all the way to Worcester from my place and then I would have to pay all those extra miles for that.

If there was a middle finger icon I would post it for U-Haul.

Well my neighbor,my mom, and I are going to have us a yard sale in late September and making some space in the old basement.

 

Well mom is all moved in and the move went better than expected.

Jim and my friend Todd helped with moving. And I don't know what I would of done without them.

We have a couch now so when we have you all over I won't hear the cracks about our old futton cushion.

 

You must be relieved...moves, even when they go smoothly, are still very stressful. Hope you're able to sit back and enjoy the weekend now that the moves finished.

 

LOL. I say we have a cookout and at the end of the night we burn the futon a-la Vader at the end of ROTJ.
