Not able to go this year...have fun and hope to hear all about it!

I really wanted to go to meet my favorite comic book artist Wendy Pini and her husband, but the Saturday tickets were sold-out by the time I was ready to commit, I am sick about it...
Oh well!! Hope someone from the Mid-South goes!!

I'm still thinking. I've got a con pass... And I've got somewhere to stay. And my grandmother neeeds someone to fly out there with her... But, I've got to consider the options.

It probably depends on my what my doctor says on Tuesday.

Make sure you get in line early for the Fan Film Awards...the first 300 in line are getting passes to see Fanboys after the show!

The Grandmother refuses to wait... and now my Aunt can't go... So it looks like I'm going...
But, I only get to go for a few days... and not the whloe con..

At this point I'm not sure I even want to see Fanboys... Which version is it? The cancer version or not?

YAY to those who are coming! San Diego Fan Force will be having a table up on the Mezzanine, so come by and say hi to me! Don't be like Nabooty and meet me then us not realize it until after it's over.


Also, tomorrow night join us for the Fan Force dinner if you wish! It's after Preview Night over in Seaport Village at Greek Islands Cafe.

I met you at C4 (I was with Jedi Trace)... after the Rebel Legion photo shoot...

I had assumed that it was the "cancer version" since thats what they are supposedly going back to? Maybe if the Comic Con audience recieves it well...they can get it back on track...

I'm still unsure as of right now whether I'm going or not.

Right now it depends on a stubborn (she's more stubborn than me) grandmother... Her doctor says don't fly... but, her sister in law is very ill and she wants to say good-bye... So, at this point anything goes...

You need a phone with a camera... take photos of everyone you meet and store their name... Then, you know who you've met.

As of right now it looks like I'm going to be getting on a plane in a few hours for a crazy trip to Cali... I'll be out there in the morning... I'm driving down after I get Grandma settled...I'm crashing with some friends... I probably shouldn't use the word "crash" But, I'll only be there for the fun that is Thursday and maybe a little bit of Friday...

I've got to fly back Friday cause at 8pm I'm suffering through defending my thesis idea and research I've got so far to the history chair and my advisor... So, I really can't miss that...

But, If it goes this way...I'll try and get by the Fan Force table to say Hey!!...

Thesis idea was given the green light.

Its anthropologically based and focuses on the "FanBoy"... So, although Nyborg13 is my main focused "Fanboy" I may be questioning some of you guys as the opportunity presents itself...

I had a blast during my little time at Comic Con... But, I've got some serious bad jet-lag...

Cool! Glad to hear you made it back safely, hope the jetlag subsides quickly.

I talked to Elizabeth and Joe earlier, they were having a blast, got to see the Torchwood/Doctor Who panels and were waiting for Watchmen to start.

Elizabeth said that John Barrowman is "the most exquisite man ever" lol.

He is possibly in the running to play Captain America

And we were all partying with him last night in a weird dream I had...

 

Nabooty_Call: thanks for the well wishes on the jet lag issue... (I hate turbulence on private planes...it sucks)

I might be recovering better if it wasn't for the freaking Toy release... It's 3am here and I just walked in the door... And I'll be back out at Target at 7am in the morning... I'm a glutton for punishment... Oh well... I'll get caught up on the rest sooner or later...

I got to the Twilight thing with Summit Entertainment and a lil' bit of the Torchwood bit while I was there... And by sheer luck and fate I managed to get a couple of really cool autographs...

Hope everyone who's there is having a great time and makes it home safe... (and has more common sense than I do and gets some rest....I may need you guys to carry me come Dragon Con...)

and John Barrowman was almost as much fun as Aaron Douglas... (If you were at All-Con this year in Dallas...then you understand what I'm saying here...)
