FF:WA Sci-Fi fans: socializing and booze!

Don't have a reply to my pm yet so could someone send me address details. I'm heading out in a bit and need the address so I can go there afterward.

 

We had a great time last night we met up at the Moon and Sixpence in the city after the intial introductions we talked and drank for a couple of hours about everything from movies to just day to do stuff.

Good news is we are going to be doing this more often in the future starting with the Wolverine movie its gonna be fun

 

Well I do run a cinema, so something could be organised here

 

Sounds great hopefully we can get a few more people together and have a "lively" discussion about the movie afterwards

Well I'd like to catch up since I didn't find out where the last one was until too late. Susie & I plan on seeing the startrek movie when it comes out so that could be a good one.

Just saw star trek, and to say it in one word! Sensational!

Im not even close to being a star trek fan but after watching this movie I would gladly line up if and when they do a sequel!

Well at the moment I'm looking after Joondalup! so if you wanna get a group together and go I'm actually working Thursday night so i can definitely organise some cheap tickets for you guys.

 

by the way as any of you guys that came to the ROTS premiere i organised got any photos from it? I wouldnt mind seeing them

I'm the guy third from the left in the last photo. For those who watch tv, the rather large guy on the left in that same photo isn't so large now. He's Bob who became australia's biggest loser last week.

Get some details and I might be able to come to a thursday screening. Don't have anything planned for that night. Might bring the family.

Just got back from seeing star trek with susie. Excellent film and I'd recommend it to fans and non fans.
Saw wolverine with my son and a couple of his friends on saturday too. Not bad. I'd rank it not as well as xmen 1 and 2 but better than 3.
