    I thought it was a late plane coming in low to land - loud rumbling that got louder. Not so much shaking here - the house just creaked once.

    I was laying on the lounge watching TV and at first I thought it was a huge gust of wind, then I sat up and thought 'explosion' but by the time I stood up and the whole house was rumbling and windows shaking, I knew what it was. Then I had two kids freaking out, not to mention a husband stumbling (from a dead sleep) down the passage asking me What the Heck!?!?!?

    5AA (no I dont listen, just found it on a random forum) say it was 3.2 on the richtor scale.


    EDIT: Justifier has found the official site and it is officially saying 3.9 now.

    Felt it up here. Got the first rumble which felt like a strong gust of wind on the house or a large truck driving by, then a second or two of stronger shaking.

    I'm upstairs in a block of flats and our windows rattled and my couch moved! It scared me for a few minutes!! Adam said it was just the wind but I didn't think so cos our unit actually shook!! My first earthquake. Woo!!

    I was at a mate's band. Didn't hear or feel a thing.

    I didn't notice my first earthquake in Japan either. No sense, no feeling I guess.

    Yep, was awake having just relocated to the lounge due to my husbands snoring (he's got a cold) and then .....his cricket trophy fell off the wall unit! WE HAVE DAMAGE! LOL!!
